A nice weissbier, quite mild. Very little banana or clove but I could drink this again and again.
While I don’t believe for a second that Molson’s “found” this recipe I actually quite like it. It’s a pretty average pale ale, nothing special. But coming from Molson, the king of tasteless, adjunct lager that’s saying a lot.
I would drink this again. Dammit.
Nice balance of hops in this Belgian strong pale ale. I wish the Belgian yeast came through a bit more.
Would drink again.
So glad that Alley Kat went back to brewing Full Moon as a pale ale. I love the balance of hops and malt in this.
I would drink it again.
“A stochastic event or system is one that is unpredictable due to the influence of a random variable.”
This has a shitload of uncommon malts in it. Grouse malted millet? Cararye? I guess that’s the random variable? The hops are pretty standard.
I would describe this as an Imperial pale ale. It’s strong on the malt and the hops. Strong but balanced.
I wound definitely drink this again.
